A deux reprises 2 de personnes différentes sont venues ouvrir la porte de ma chambre, ces personnes des « clients » étaient en possession de la clé de ma chambre
Pour compléter le tout, il y une télé dans la chambre mais elle n’est pas raccordée à antenne

Quelle horreur !
Le pire séjour de ma vie en hôtel ! Pas d'eau chaude dans ma chambre alors qu'il fait 8°C dehors, une couette fine pour me couvrir, pas de couverture d'appoint, une isolation phonique inexistante, impossible de dormir avant 2h du matin à cause du bruit dans le couloir, des clients qui parlent très fort dans les couloirs et personne pour leur demander d'être plus discrets... une cabine de douche qui ne ferme pas, pas de tapis de sol dans la salle de bain... et le code wifi qui ne marche pas !

Aucun retour à ce jour----
Arrivé dans une chambre nettoyée à la va vite (pour être poli...). Drap avec nombreuses traces noires, idem sur les serviettes.
Cheveux dans la salle de bain et... Morceau de cigarette sur le sol à coté du lit et traces de verres sur les bois à coté du lit. Sans oublié une brulure sur le drap et une clenche de porte d'armoire plutôt tombante et inopérante.

Après demande d'échange auprès de la réception, arrivée dans une chambre légèrement mieux.
Réveillé vers 6h du matin, la chambre étant à coté du self... Et les murs en carton.
Changé d'un chambre avec 2 pièces à 1 chambre avec 1 pièce sans remboursement partiel.
Deux mails envoyés restés sans réponses et 2 échanges avec l'accueil me renvoyant à... L'adresse mail.
Pour finir, la porte de l’hôtel était cassé, des gens étaient dans les allées entre 00h00 et 1h30 du matin.
Je recommande si vous ne souhaitez pas avoir une nuit comme dans tout hôtel normal!
Un vrai bonheur à conseiller et aucun retour à attendre de leur part !
(Je précise que ceci est mon 1er commentaire sur un établissement et dors à l’hôtel plusieurs fois par mois).

Je n'ai jamais vu qq chose d'aussi horrible. Les rideaux à moitiés décrochés.... sans parler des taches autant sur les rideaux que sur la moquette. Pas d'eau chaude, pas de télécommande alors quil y avait une télé. La salle de bain je n'en parle meme pas. Entre le manque de vmc et la vétusté des lieux. Bref .... à fuir !!!!!

problème de d'eau chaude et manque de personnel
La chambre était très bien mise à part la douche le matin car il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. J'aurais aimé le die à une personne mais lors du petit déjeuner il n'y avait que les clients lorsque j'ai rendu la clef a l'accueil personne à a réception. A mon avis il manque cruellement de personnel. A qui signaler un problème s'il y a de la bagarre au petit déjeuner qui prévenir? Dommage car l'hôtel est très propre et très confortable et la réceptionniste est très aimable ais elle fait ce qu'elle peut. On ne peut pas lui demander l'impossible, a mon avis une ou deux personnes en plus ne serait pas du luxe.

Very nice hotel
The hotel is right next to the train station, 10 minutes wlak from the centre, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that it can be noisy in the early morning from the rubbish pickup trucks or the buses.

Lovely city, awful hotel. Book elsewhere
Like a hotel that has an overwhelming odour of cigarette smoke? Love a matress that has collapsed in the middle with flat old pillows? Fancied staying in a place where people normally rent a room by the hour?! Well this could be the s#$@hole you are looking for.
Seriously dont stay here, the room didnt even have a main light just a lamp in corner and the bath had been kicked in. Dillapadated place where the staff dont seem to care.
My favourite bit is when you complain you are told the manager is unavailble and handed a email address. How convenient. The hotel doesnt respond to complaints after numerous attempts to contact them, and Hotels.com who i booked through tried to raise the complaint with them but couldnt contact them either!
It was so bad we had to check out early.
The only true statement positive is it close to the train station so you can leave quick!

Cheguei perto das 18h. Havia um aviso na porta para ligar para um celular, porém eu estava sem sinal no telefone. Por sorte alguém chegou também, assim pude entrar para o check in. Caso contrário,não poderia entrar. A recepcionista foi muito simpática e falava inglês. Apenas uma toalha de banho, sem toalha de rosto ou tapete para o chão do banheiro. O quarto não foi limpo enquanto estive lá. Desde quinta quando cheguei, apenas domingo foi tirado o lixo e trocada a toalha. Travesseiro baixo e água do chuveiro que não esquentava. O chão continuou sujo todos os dias da minha estada, sem limpar. A única vantagem é a proximidade da estação de trem.

Cauchemar à l'hôtel
Arrivés à l'hôtel pour prendre possession de notre chambre à 14h, ce fut impossible de se reposer l'après-midi à cause d'ouvriers effectuant des travaux juste en face de notre chambre.
Refus de notre demande de changement de chambre car selon la responsable l'hôtel était complet.
Confort minimaliste (déco, débit de la douche, insonorisation quasi inexsitante).
Hôtel très bruyant et que dire des 4 personnes qui "zonaient" dans l'entrée de l'hôtel vers 23h30 dont la réceptionniste du début d'après-midi. Avec des effluves d'herbes peu recommandables.
En partant le lendemain matin, c'est la femme de ménage qui a récupéré nos clés.
Tout ça pour 55 euros...

You wouldn’t put animals
Tiniest room I ever saw. Not possible to use the WC and shut the door. The hotel was a buiding site, new doors fitted to room still had protective foil on. No towels in room. No one on reception to ask in the evening. No housekeeping , my room wasn’t cleaned or bed made during my 2 day stay. Defective light bulb in washbasin area and no hot water.

Reasonable hotel but no night reception
The breakfast was nice and the reception lady friendly. It was clean and the lift worked. But my son got locked in the toilet because the lock was old and unreliable. We tried to contact reception for help but they went home at 9pm. This was not helpful or professional in my view. The room was cramped. But the hotel is well located for city centre site seeing as it is directly opposite the main railway station
