"Staff were amazing and even upgraded us with no extra charge. I fell ill and they did everything to help medically. All the staff were kind including bar staff and cleaners. "My son and daughter and I had an amazing stay here. The hotel might be old but it is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were looked after brilliantly and treated like family rather than guests. "We were very pleased with this hotel at the center of Heraklion. We had a balcony to overlook a plaza and churches, there were tons of restaurants, bars, cafe's, stores and bus stops just a few minutes' walk, and it was very close to the downtown area.
