Now the front desk lady laughed saying she didn’t mind the ghosts. But I told her please let me talk to the owners and see if they can give me the refund so that I don’t have to go through this. I begged them on the phone. These men hysterically yelled at me telling me I’m making up stories, that I’m a liar. Now tell me why and who lies about such a thing? After a huge drama over the phone they said ok we will give you your money back but you have to pay the first night. I agreed and asked for a refund request. They said don’t worry we’ll do it ourselves via Hotels.com, we still didn’t retrieve the money. I learn after that this was a lie. They took the money and told Hotels they won’t refund. The hotel looks so old and bad I could’ve just said that"
