"The apartment itself was great. Clean and exactly what we needed. No parking pass was provided which was inconvenient. Other tenants have thrown trash off their balcony and it smelled 24/7 of weed."

"The unit we had was very clean and I had no complaints. It is definitely a different experience to rent a whole apartment as if I was a new tenant, but it was cool. I was able to access the amenities on the apartment complex and had access to a maintenance team in case something went wrong. "We stayed at Landing for 4 nights. It was our 1st time booking an apt. instead of a hotel room. We wanted more space for our 60-lb dog. The apt was clean, neat & cozy. The area was quiet. Customer service was great. I would recommend Landing for the reasons above. We drove from NY to NC (12-hr drive).
