"No English. No one ever at the desk. Couldnt tell me which coffee was decaf or regular. Heat running 24/7. Had to have window open at night in winter as it was 75 degrees. Attached restaurant served frozen gluten free bread, never brought a water after asking 3 separate x if I received it. Weird ..."
