"Room was clean"

"The hotel is clean, cozy, and met all of our needs. The breakfast and coffee were also better than expected. Plenty of parking spaces. Friendly staff."

"The gentleman at the front desk who helped me out, (C Note) you know who you are, was fantastic! All the young men who worked the front bell stand are absolutely fantastic as well! Everybody there was just absolutely fantastic and phenomenal!"

"I checked into my room. Apparently they overlooked the fact my room wasn’t completely cleaned, the towel hook was laying on the floor with Sheetrock dust and the toilet didn’t flush. I wasn’t impressed. This is not a Hilton property as I know them"

"Reasonably clean but looked like reception staff did‘t care - lack of friendliness! The listings shows Restaurant + Bar: non- existent, front desk said already discontinued 5 years ago; early in the evening he didn’t really recommend a place close by to get a drink and food! They had ice water - and that was it! More like a low priced motel chain!"

"There was plenty of available parking in the garage. The Bistro food was great. My only negative is the Bistro closed early. Staff was nice."

"This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. It was extremely clean! The free breakfast had many choices and the staff was available for help. The rooms were very spacious with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop and microwave. There were plates, glasses and silverware. They even left a minature bottle of dishsoap and a scrub mommy to clean the dishes! I highly recommend this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs and we loved staying there!"

"Just ok. Upon arrival we discovered fingernail clippings on the bathroom sink, dust & hair inside the dresser, mold in the bathroom, couch was falling apart, had a strange odor. House keeping didn’t come at all during our stay, even after I requested a clean. The maintenance man knocked on the door and then automatically entered while we were inside the room- which is a safety concern especially when traveling solo with two kid, the dishes in the cabinet had food stuck on them, a pregnancy test...

"I will mention that the sink faucet in the bathroom was challenging to use, which surprised us because the bathtub faucet worked great. The gentleman who checked us in @ 8PM was lovely. I asked about linking this stay to our Bonvoy account and he was able to help us with that."
