"Do not recommend. The room was ridiculously tiny — and I’m 5’0” and 115 lbs. It felt more like a jail than a hotel room. The place was stuffy, had no A/C, and there was no actual staff available to help, just some useless robot chat on WhatsApp. When my travel plans unexpectedly changed, they refused to work with me to simply adjust the dates of my stay because they clearly just didn’t want to. "We loved staying at Cleveland Residences. We were treated very well by the hosts, and the location is excellent. When we arrived we were jet lagged, and they looked after our luggage for us until our room was ready. When we arrived back later they had already put our luggage in our room for us. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there the next time we are in London."

"Awesome location in Covent Garden. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating. Was able to leave luggage before check in time. Nice, clean and quiet in the room. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are centrally heated throughout the building and tend to be on the warmer side this time of year. But staff helped with fans and cracking open the windows. "

"Native Bankside is a great place to stay in London. The rooms are self contained with kitchen and laundry and the location is fantastic, especially if you plan on spending any time at Tate Modern. It will definitely be my go-to accommodation when in London."

"This was truly the best place I stayed in a while. From the moment you ent r you feel seen and respected. Rooms nice with every thing you could possibly need from umbrellas to plug adapters. Hue greeted us every day with a smile. Offered to take our pictures. Came home every afternoon to a freshly cleaned apartment. As much coffee and water as you like. Just a wonderful experience. "

"Terrible check in nearly 2 hrs late due to housekeeping issues. All that was needed was a text message to let us know that there has been a delay. We did eventually speak to the manager after checking in who couldn't apologise enough when she called round to see us with gifts for the inconvenience & a free late checkout & said it was her top priority to sort out housekeeping so that this never happened again.
