"Please provide me a complete refund for this stay. When we arrived, the suite was dirty. There was feces left in the toilet from the previous guest, and the TV stand was sitting awkwardly in the middle of the room. For a suite, there was also nowhere to properly unpack clothing because there were no dressers. The room itself felt very run down and even unsafe in places, including broken tile near the bathtub.
