"It was a lovely beautiful hotel.very comfy beds and Pillows .water could be warmer for the shower ,because it was in the centre of town and I am a tourist in Krakow I found it difficult using tram to get there but the tram or bus stops at the hotel ,if anyone using tram it’s number 5 and bus 125 gets you to the hotel from krakow glowny,can’t really comment on breakfast as did not eat there but had drinks there and the staff and receptionist are very helpful ,they even booked me a taxi very early...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Although it’s not walkable to main square & other attractions easy public transportation very close by. The staff was extremely helpful a special shout out to Olesia who helped me organize my tour to the salt mines, which was truly amazing. Great breakfast and nice grounds for walking on the property. "

"The breakfast at the hotel is not bad but compared with everywhere else we ate, was overpriced. After the first day of breakfast at the hotel, we found lots of amazing bakeries nearby at much better value. We loved having the complementary tea and coffee in the hotel lobby which was a comfortable place to relax between excursions. The hotel bar was great, good value and excellent service. "
