"It’s not the Waldorf so don’t expect bell boy services and its not a restaurant so the inclusive breakfast is really basic and they don’t cater other meals but staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and generally well maintained and even though you are close to the airport you can’t hear any traffic, plus they have a shuttle that runs every hour to the airport ( you just need to book your ride on it when you check in). We’ve found it is really good place to stay even if we want to stay...

"After calling in ahead of time to ask if air conditioning was operational in rooms in 34-40 C heat and assured all was well, we experienced VERY poorly working a/c with no assistance to fix the issue after complaining. Our stay was uncomfortable; we were unable to sleep in the warm room. The facilities were not well maintained/ cleaned during a busy weekend while several sports teams were staying at the hotel. As well, the maintenance person who supposedly tried to fix the a/c in our absence...

"Very pleasant relaxing atmosphere in reception area, helpful staff, easy to park, large room with a very comfortable bed, 2 comfortable sofa chairs, a table & desk with office chair. Plenty of plug-ins, 2 sinks."

"This is a fave hotel for our family. It is reasonably priced, the pool and slides are great for young kids, the attached pub has decent food (a little pricey), and the staff are fantastic. The rooms are always clean and well taken care of and the staff are honestly some of the best and I travel a lot for work. Definitely recommend it. "

"The particular placement of the property was not ideal although it was close to the venue we were visiting and the location was close to other sites we visited. We enjoyed our stay & would choose the the hotel again for our next visit."
