"This Indigo is very reasonable and not far from downtown, Hopkins Hospital and more. The outstanding part of my stay was the evening staff helping me when I arrived. I left my phone by accident in my Lyft ride, and they quickly figured out how to go through the Lyft website and report its mission, with my information that Lyft has. The driver was back at the hotel with the phone in less than 15 minutes, saving me hours of frustration. Thank you, Indigo staff!"

"I was in town for a concert, and all of the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were very kind and professional, and the bartender was fantastic. I would also like to thank Ms. Tyra (I believe she was the AGM) for all of her help with my reservation. I had some issues with how I booked the room, but she was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others."

However, the hotel attempted to charge my account at 3:00 a.m. the night before my stay while I was traveling. Because my card was locked, the payment did not go through. There was a ridiculously long line of about 15-20 people for a 4 pm check in. Room is very nice . Long hallways to walk from the elevator."
