Petit bémol pour l’hôtel avec chambre à l’odeur d’humidité (rivière qui coule tout le long) - accueil sympathique des patrons, juste le tarif du petit déjeuner que nous avons pris en chambre sur plateau la veille pour cause d’horaire de service (8h…) et avec application du tarif service en chambre soit + 14 euros ! "
"The location is outstanding. In front of a shopping center and a tram stop and two to three blocks away from the historic center with the cathedral.
The room was comfy, we slept like a rock.
And the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Take the breakfast option if it’s available. It’s the best breakfast buffet I’ve seen in a while.
If we go back to Clermont-Ferrand this is where we’re staying."
"Family of 4 short stay - we had a lovely 4 days at Le Panorama. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The lounge and dining area are very relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are ok. In need of a little modernizing but were warm and functional. The swimming pool was at the end of a strange spiral staircase but the water was warm and good after skiing. Good location with easy access to town."

"Very nice, modern spa hotel with good sized rooms that are well equipped like a mini apartment, with kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, dishwasher. It is reasonably priced for what you get and being a resident gives a discount for using the thermal spa facilities. I particularly enjoyed the hammam."
