"nice staff"

"We had a wonderful experience at the Tower of London. It is such an iconic place, full of history, and absolutely worth visiting when in London. A special mention goes to Arcona, who made our visit even more memorable. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and took the time to make sure we had a great experience. "Great location"

"The ease of communication and being informed before our arrival and during our time was comforting. The staff was easily to get ahold of and attentive when we arrived. The unit was beautiful and provided excellent amenities. The areas is easily walkable, very safe and alot of nearby places to eat and access nearby for paid parking and including right in front for free. I highly would recommend this location and this hotel group."

"Unique and comfortable stay. Lovely location next to Waterloo. Room was bigger than it looked online. Check it was good (contact them for checking instructions prior to your stay) It’s really not as loud as people say (yes there’s some noise from the trains)"

"Would stay again. Next to the train tracks but train was not raining at night. Very clean. Windows can open for fresh air. Has everything we need. Breakfast was decent. Everyone working there was very nice"
