"the staff was great and the hotel was very clean. house keeping made sure the sheets were cleaned and toiletries were always restocked. however, nearby buildings have a bit of unappealing graffiti, to no fault of the hotel or it's staff."

"the reception on arrival was very friendly , the room spacious with a nice view on castle and cathedral! we were -even as hotel guests denied a table at the restaurant although obviously the tables were not fully booked all night. We assume the staff simply was not incentivised to serve more clients!At ..."
