"Always a great hotel and my first pick whenever I go to the Netherlands. On this trip I had 4 separate stays at this hotel. My platinum status was acknowledged 3 times and I was upgraded twice. At my 2nd stay the lady at the front desk apparently did not know free upgrade was a thing for Expedia platinum members. As it was only a one night stay I thought it not worth the hassle. Fortunately the other times this was no problem at all. The renovation seems to be completed and I love the updated...

"We were very early for our check-in time. They had a secure storage area for our luggage and let us know when our room was ready about 1-1/2 hours early. The hotel is an incredibly short walk to the airport bus stop and there is an elevator to the bus platform. Don’t get a taxi to the hotel, bus is faster and way less expensive. The major cleanliness complaint is mold around the floor grout edges of the shower (room 227). Towels had an off-putting scent, likely due to their choice of detergents."

"Location was pretty close to the airport if you have an early flight the next day but there is nothing close by except McDonald’s. Staff are friendly and accommodating . Room is basic but spacious and clean ."

"We selected this property because of the reviews and its location right next to the Schipol Airport, as our flight home was in the morning. And we were not disappointed! The accommodations were quite modern and rooms were compact but comfortable for 2 people. (Almost all functions such as lights & tv were controlled by an ipad in the room!)
