"The rooms were very clean and spotless but the sizes are relatively small, less than 100 square feet for sure. The rooms has no closet and no space to keep the bags. Its probably good for a single person. You have to carry all your bags through the stairs so take small bags only. The breakfast is made fresh everyday and very good. Its situated in a great lication."

"The property makes creative use of its small space in the historic area. We enjoyed our balcony view of the city from our studio. Fresh and new inside with a Roman wall in the back. Staff is wonderful and genuinely helpful. Breakfast is good too. But do not plan to drive or park there. The road is very narrow. We left our car at a nearby parking garage. Wonderful location in the walkable historic district near the river."

"We had a wonderful stay while in Porto. The location of the hotel was perfect and Ajita was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Although being on the top floor without a lift, the balcony was nice during the evening. There is construction happening nearby, but we were not in the room most of the time it was going on, so it didn't make a difference to us. I would stay once more if lucky enough to visit Porto again."

Staff were very friendly and helpful, provided good overview of apartment and suggestions for eating at which restaurants! Loved our stay, highly recommend! "Not only the OCA Flores hotel was perfectly located on a pedestrian street (cabs are allowed to drive on these street to drop you off) in the middle of Porto, but the staff was wonderful. They offered tons of valuable advices such as things to do (one of our favorite was to walk all the way to the beach town and take the old cable car back), transportation options (the Sao Bento train station is a 10 minutes walk and allows you to reach the main train station), and dinner options. "Perfectly positioned. A short walk from the river - everything else within 15 mins away and the best pastel de nata place 10 steps away. I went in a stormy Jan so no music in the square- regardless it was a great hotel and experience. Port and pastel de nata to welcome you, cute stationary shop behind check in, clean and comfortable rooms. Nothing negative to say. We had breakfast one morning, 9eur if booked the night before and a really excellent buffet breakfast with smoked salmon, great...
