"The hotel was very nice, the staff was very helpful, they suggested other parking options than their underground parking at $35 a day cost. The disappointment of this hotel was the breakfast that I paid for , turned out to be yogurt, granola bars, plain croissants and coffee, was told there were not kitchen staff since it was a holiday. From past stays at AC hotels, the breakfast was an elaborate buffet with a European vibe. Great location to walk to shopping, restaurants or other attractions!"

"Adia and her entire staff were so helpful and welcoming. The room, pool, the location and the free breakfast all was great. Easy to walk and get to great restaurants, an Iowa Cubs baseball game and a free concert on the river. We had a wonderful time and we will be back!"

"The bathroom floor was dull and sticky. The toilet seat had a couple of drops of blood at the front that could be seen when the lid was raised. There also was a large dirty smudge at the front of the shower wall. Looks like where someone would place their hand when they lean in to clean the shower. I brought it to the attention of the front desk as was told the cleaning staff was probably using the wrong product to clean the floor."

"What I didn’t like was I woke up to old water on the shower wss told it would be right. It took over 2 hrs. With the way things went it set behind. Pretty badly for the day. Everytime I asked about the situation the manager was never there. Well, he must have been gone the whole time, because for the next 3 days he must not have been there to ask us what our concern was.
