"Cleanliness, location benefit is good. But need to improve efficiency in slow check-in and customer services."

"Everything was perfect. My room was clean, modern."

"For a hotel right next to the airport, this place is absolutely superb! There is both a bus stop and an sbon station within about a 5 to 10 minute walk. They lost the star for me here because there is no sauna anymore! That was one of the selling points for me. I never would have booked this hotel if I would have known that it did not have a sauna. I was looking forward to that damn it! Please correct your listing."

"We stayed here as a family with young kids and it was amazing stay! Very close to the tram line and station and very close approximity to most of the attractions. We loved staying here and will be back for sure! One of the best Premier inn we stayed at!"

"Everthing! The location is perfect, the food in the restaurant is delicious."

"Sehr schönes und cooles, musikalisches Hotel (2. Besuch).

"Really clean. Staff were very accommodating with our early check in. Free coffee!"
