You needed two codes, one for the building, the other for the room, contained in 'secure messages' buried in emails. My room smelt really manky and later that night I couldnt close the door which had moved away from the frame. I had to change rooms at 11.30pm with numerous trips with my stuff. "Lovely cottage. Good location too. The only negative was the bugs that woke us up in the middle of the night. A bit scary because they are really big and crawls on your skin. Other than that, still okay."

Quite central to Bristol and the area around has a lot of shops and places to eat very lively atmosphere with students etc. The communication was excellent and staff were attentive. House is nice, quite basic inside, and a little run down but clean and no safety concerns. Parking is limited to paid on the street, and it's a busy area with a fair bit of road noise all night due to single pane windows. But overall good and well organised letting company...

"Positives - good location, good to have the kitchen, TV has integrated Netflix, bed is comfy and bathroom is well laid out. Self-check in process and check-out was easy and smooth. Negatives - very, very hot in the evening as room faced the internal court yard and evening sun and only one fan supplied. Lift broken and no advance notice given, room was on the sixth floor and it was hard work lugging suitcase up 6 flights of stairs."

"Nicely equipped apartment with comfortable furniture. A bit worn but mostly clean. Electric fans were helpful with the heat, but windows were very limited opening and the master shower was awkwardly small. Apartment entrance is not correctly labeled on Google maps and the provided map didn't work. Entrance doesn't lock, and found homeless person, abandoned garbage, graffiti on the walls and pot smoking outside of the entrance."
