The pool area was closed for cleaning, when I went out and looked at it it didn’t look like it been cleaned in years. On Friday evening we asked for an extra blanket as the pull out had nothing and we brought up the dirty room. The housekeeper slammed the door next to ours and yelled f… those people in room 204. I tried canceling the rest of the reservation so we could go elsewhere but weren’t able. I’ll never stay here again."
