"A truly lovely hotel, distinguished by its exceptionally motivated and attentive staff. Throughout our stay, we wanted for nothing — every need was anticipated and graciously met.
Particularly noteworthy is the hotel’s superb location, just steps from the cathedral, the Cœur de Troyes, and the enchanting old town, with its charming timber-framed houses, inviting cafés, and excellent restaurants. A delightful base from which to explore this historic and picturesque city."

The staff were all very helpful and friendly.
There is limited parking on street at the side of the hotel. It was very hot when we visited and the excellent air conditioning in the room was a sleep saver. And speaking of sleep, or room had a large comfy bed.

"This is a unique place to stay. It is a very old building with lots of character - our room had wooden beams! The breakfast is given to you in a basket and you eat it in your room. The receptionist was so polite and friendly and so helpful with recommendations. The hotel is ideally situated only minutes away from the city centre. The city took us by surprise - it is stunning! You can park on site but you have to pay €20 but it is worth it for peace of mind."

"L'hôtel se situe dans la partie historique de Troyes et tout proche de plusieurs restaurants.
La stationnement pour notre moto dans le parking privé est un atout. La chambre pour 5 est intéressante pour une famille avec enfants ou pour une bande de potes. Et le personnel est sympa "
