"The first room assigned had a very narrow bathroom and the TV didn't work. Waited in a queue again to change the room. Second room had a shredded valance, window frames mucky and a hole in the glass window. The RHS of the double bed had no room to walk down the side to the loo and the bathroom radiator ..."

"Very nice hotel with very tastful decor. Room was huge and well appointed, i got my daily exercise just walking from one side of the room to the other.staff were very helpful. Would not hesitate to stay again"

"So weird that they charge £5 to leave bags if you arrive early and even in the morning ( I checked out 7am for a quick meeting so wanted to leave my bag before the train at 9’ they asked me for £5 again !
