"Stayed for 4 days, made a mistake on the booking for the 5th day, they refused to refund the money. Asked him to make another booking he paid because his bags where still in the room. All effort to cancel was not accepted, and they refused to refund the money. It's the first hotel I've seen in 30yrs of travel to threat their guest who stayed in their hotel so harshly."
"Upon arrival, I discovered that the window lock in my room was faulty, which unfortunately meant my first night was somewhat unsettled. The issue was resolved the following morning, though it did require a second report to the front desk before action was taken. Aside from this, the overall experience was satisfactory. I would encourage guests to inspect room fixtures upon check-in."
