"Superbe Hôtel!! Un gros merci à tout le personnel que nous avons côtoyé durant notre séjour….. plus particulièrement celui qui s’occupait de notre voiture et du stationnement….très attentif à nos besoins… Très beau Spa … chambre spacieuse avec vue sur la cathédrale .Belle décoration Salle de bain grande et très propre… manquait seulement une vraie douche mais ce n’était pas grave…. J’espère y retourner un jour … Merci encore!"
"We chose this hotel so we could walk to Veuve Clicquot tour which was easy however quite far from centre of Reims you need to drive or take the bus.Parking is easy on the hotel site "

"Room and staff were excellent. We moved our car from front to back of property on advice of staff because cars have apparently been vandalised at front of property recently. This made area feel a little unsafe.
Staff were superb and helped us with Saturday parking arrangements etc
Breakfast was very good but a little expensive although we have no comparison for this in the area - much better value for money than Premiere Classe breakfast which we had recently in same town."

"This place is a perfect base to explore Reims . We parked in the car park upstairs , outside for free ( there is underground parking on site too ) The room was nice , overlooking the river .. from the hotel it’s walkable to the Cathedral quarter ( 10/12mins stroll ) and there’s a wealth of restaurant choices and bars there . This seemed a very walkable and safe city and the Mercure is a nice easy , cost effective hotel to use as a base for a visit . "
"Really great location for exploring Reims. About 15 minutes’ walk from the train station, 10 minutes from the cathedral, and only a stone’s throw from evening drinks in Place Stalingrad.
Room was comfortable and quiet, with effective air conditioning. Breakfast was included and had an excellent selection - we particularly liked the loose leaf teas. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cold filtered water was available from the foyer. WiFi was good throughout our stay."
