"Our favourite hotel in town. Lovely staff, super helpful, good English spoken, rooms are clean quiet and comfortable. Easy parking and a nice walk by the waterside or a short stroll into town square. Good breakfast. Nice bar. Recently refurbished meeting rooms and so on. "

"Das Hotel liegt super zentral. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es ist ruhig im Hotel. Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten, aber ausreichend. Der Spa Bereich ist klein aber ok. Das Wasser im Pool sehr frisch. Die beschriebenen 28,5 Grad, erreicht es bei weitem nicht. Nachts hat es ständig geknarrst, nach andauernder Recherche, war es die Badtüre, die im Wechsel von Abluft und Klimaanlage bewegt worden ist."

"Das Hotel liegt nahe der Autobahn, weshalb der Verkehr deutlich zu hören ist. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es aber angenehm. Die Anlage selbst ist schön hergerichtet und sehr grün. Das Hotel ist absolut familientauglich, denn es gibt einen Spielplatz draußen sowie ein Spielzimmer drinnen. Das Frühstück war einwandfrei und sehr lecker. Besonders hat uns aber der sehr nette und zuvorkommende Service gefallen."

"What I liked about this hotel was the central location and friendly staff. What I didn’t like was the design of the rooms and some noise. Who puts tinted mirrors in a hotel room? Oh so cool, and yet, the lighting and mirror situation were so bad you simply had to guess (or use your own mirror) if applying makeup. The sink and mirror were outside the bathroom which was odd but manageable. Noise from the bar one of the nights was also a problem."

"The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was spacious but not very clean. There were a few items that were missed. For example a cobweb that was left in the doorway. Some socks and food left behind by previous guests. However, the hotel is located a short walk from a key tram stop and was near several food places. I would say overall we had a good stay and it worked well for our family."

"We stayed for one night checked in late and out early and my son was bitten over a dozen times during the night all over his body. The hotels response was rather inappropriate and concerning. See below: They refused to offer any compensation and asserted that we should have known to purchase repellent from the vending machine. We have traveled all over Europe and never experienced this type of treatment. We were not told at check-in that this may occur and never dreamed of purchasing repellent...
