"The hotel is located only 20-min drive from Mari Mari Cultural Village and offers great views of both sunset from the restaurant and the sunrise from the Rose Villa. The only disappointing thing was the long wait for breakfast, which caused us to leave for Kinabalu Park much later than we planned. The room (104) was very good although there are a few ants around (so make sure not to leave food around). Bed, shower and toilet were nice and clean. Internet worked quite well (not guaranteed in this area). Our best place in Sabah so far (out of 6 good hotels)."

The amenities advertised includes water bottles, but when asked for it from the staff on site, it’s not provided as complimentary. The bedroom door cannot be locked for some room, there’s stain on every bed and bedsheets.
