"We had room 123 a lower atrium room, we moved to room 821, the lower room was not private,everyoy in the bar below could see straight into our room. Room 821 had a noisy AC that rattled and made a ticking noise all night, I reported it in the morning. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We didn't sleep well and the room was claustrophobic, the bathroom was cramped. We wouldn't stay again, unless we had no choice."

"Premises would be best described as Runmere MOTEL. The accommodation block is detatched and across the car park from main reception area. OK if you like US style Motel accommodation, I personally din't and would not have booked if I had been aware of this. Rooms are very basic, but adequate. Location is two minutes away from Railway station so very good for transport links. Staff were very friendly, accommodating, polite and attentive. "Property on main road but still a very quiet location. Staff very welcoming and rooms clean. Well maintained and adequate size. Breakfast was included which was a bonus and was the usual uk buffet style. Staff were overworked and we had to wait for a table to be be cleaned as it was busy but this was quick. Overall very good value for a nice hotel and would stay again if in the area."
