"We loved the location and the suite is very spacious. However the carpet and furniture was old and the bathroom needed updating - the tub area, some staining. Then.on checkout my bill was substantially more than I was quoted and expected. It turns out they charged me twice for certain fees. They didn't do anything at the hotel just said that was the fees but when I got home and rechecked and called them they adjusted the bill. I am still waiting to see how it goes with the ridiculous over $800...

"Fabulous staff at reception. We showed up at 9:30 am and he found us a room right away to check in. Reign staff excellent. However, food and drinks were very expensive and small in quantity (but it was fine dining). Partiers arrived on our floor at 1:30 am and were very noisy until 4:00 am. Otherwise… very good."

"The actual stay was great. The room was very clean and I was very happy with the accommodation. My only feedback was the parking situation. Check-in, I asked about parking, I was not given very much direction as to what was available in the area. I drove around for a long time and eventually asked ChatGPT about the closest parking. There was parking one block away at the graduate house, part of the University of Toronto. It would’ve been so helpful had the front desk provided that information."

"Kimpton St George is a wonderful hotel and in a great, convenient area of town - close to the subway so that we could explore various parts of Toronto with ease and in quick time. Quiet rooms. "It was very clean, quiet and had what we needed. Most importantly it was walking distance to many areas as well great food in all directions. Usually never return to the same hotel but would with this one given the proximity and zero complaints/concerns with the hotel"
