The lady on reception was very pleasant on arrival and helpful. After that point things went downhill. The family room was very run down and the carpet had both dog and human hair in it. We stayed in a twin room in the older part of the building....it was very disappointing! The mattress was the most uncomfortable that i have ever slept on, it must jave been the cheapest matress you could buy, all the springs had gone in it and lots of dips and hollows, i had to lay the bath towels ...
