"The pool was closed. This was very disappointing bc it was the main reason we booked. The staff was friendly but he didn't know when the pool would be opened up. Standing near the pool door you could smell stinky water."

"The room seem to be hurriedly cleaned if you can call it cleaned. The coffee maker still had the coffee filter from the last guest in the coffee maker. There was only one paper cup in the room for 2 guests. The bathtub was so stained it looked like it had not been cleaned. The toilet needed to be worked on as you had to flush twice to get it to flush. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted as the freezer part was almost full of ice and looked as it had not been wiped out in sometime. The...

"The hotel was out of body wash soap for the shower . According to a staff member,they haven’t had any for a week!"

"Good staff responsiveness, sheets were slightly soiled but it was ok because I had brought my own just in case, amenities were clean and staff extremely helpful."

"Parking was ok, air conditioning was good. The room and linen was dirty. Staff was cordial I had to buy Clorox wipes to wipe down the room. Everything was dirty even when I asked for clean towels they were not clean."

"I informed the staff that the internet was down at 4:00 pm and it was stll down at 8:00 am. They kept showing me on their phones that it was up but it wasn't. I missed getting a lot of crutial work done that put me way behind. Pool water was clowdy and there was mold growing on the sides. The pool is in poor condition with cracked loose tiles on the perimeter."

"Clean room. Wonderful and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with a good variety. The coffee was excellent. The lobby smelled like smoke when we first walked in but the rest of the hotel was fine. Finding a park was a challenge because of all the teams staying there but it showed how popular this hotel is. We had a great stay"

"Wasn’t told that you had to pay $10.00 for the breakfast until after we had our plate of food which was a small bowl of oatmeal. The kitchen attendant was very rude to the guest as well as the front counter attendant cursing and just down right rude for what could have been a slight oversight on a correctable issue instead after encountering her we checked out of the hotel."

"Awful . Booked online then they said they do not accept Expedia reservations?? Smelled really gross like a dirty bathroom inside the front desk I would not recommend and suggest they get listed off of Expedia so no one else has to waste their time."

"My dad travels a lot for work and mostly stays at Fairfield. My husband and I ended up taking his recommendation after an awful experience with Hyatt. The beds were super comfy, hotel was clean and the staff was so nice! It was a really great experience especially after a 10+ hour drive on the road. We 10/10 recommend!"
