"We had a wonderful stay! Every staff member we interacted with was delightful. Such great service! The hotel is so clean and beautifully designed. Our room was comfortable and laid out thoughtfully. There is a little sound coming from the interstate if you are on that far side of the hotel at night, but it wasn’t disruptive. The hot tub and pools are awesome! We really appreciated that the pools open early and stay open late. We would love to stay again."

"The Inn is in a great location in a quaint town and is very walkable to local restaurants and shops. The decor is very welcoming and the unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable. There are stairs to some of the units, so if that is an issue you will want to plan accordingly. The breakfast and afternoon snacks/wine was lovely."

Convenient location right off the freeway and although the area had a few sketchy characters around, I never felt unsafe. "They got me booked for the wrong date and would not refund my money even though 10 minutes after making the reservation I saw the confirmation email and called them and Expedia to cancel..no exceptions..they kept my money and called me a no show"

"I stayed here three years ago. It was fine, but in need of upgrades. Since then, there have been a number of improvements, including room, upgrades, hallway, upgrades, painting… Breakfast was great with cereal, juice, three kinds of milk, yogurt, fruit, waffles, etc. Came with my dog there was an up charge, but the room was large, and the couch was smartly, covered with a sheet, which the dog loved. Funny thing… If the hardware in the room and bathroom was and the rest was chrome."

"Everything was fine, location was especially convenient for my stay, several quick dinning options very close and much more a few miles away. Noise level was low for a busy hotel right off the interstate. Parking was essentially filled to capacity but I had a spot available every time I returned."

"Staff was friendly and helpful, had to change rooms due to first one had a curry odor, the one thing I would say that really needs attention is the carpet in the rooms, they need to be cleaned like a couple times."

"There was a massive construction/remodel effort underway that was not mentioned on the website. Guest elevators were unavailable and all guests had to take staff elevators. The lobby was rendered pretty much unusable. The staff was clearly under pressure and did well to help but I wish there was mention made on their website. "

The place is very clean, other than a few times the air conditioner in the room smelled like a dead body every so often. One of the beds in the room was unlevel. The breakfast nook is very small and gets crowded but it was kept well stocked. Pool area is very clean. Very quiet place to stay!"

"While well reviewed here, our room was certainly an exception to that. The light bulbs were dull. There was no window to the outside. The floor lamp was leaning over. The king bed room was not advertised as a handicapped room, and the handicap shower leaks onto the bathroom floor. There was little space on the counter in the bathroom.
