"The Hyatt has been updated and is simply a gorgeous hotel. From the tasteful design to the art, it is a welcoming and calming experience to step inside such a beautiful place. The rooms were spacious, perfectly appointed, clean, and had the most important thing, a comfortable bed. It was an easy valet park just a block away and the shower was great as well. I was greeted kindly by the receptionist and the whole check in process was seamless. Highly recommended for a great Chicago destination...
