The concept was good. It was in a great location however I do wish they would at least empty the trash on a daily basis. I appreciate they are striving to be eco friendly, and I don’t mind not having fresh towels and bed linen daily, I just wish the trash could’ve been emptied. Some of the bar staff were very rude and completely blanked us when we wanted to order another drink. This was a real let down on our last night in Chicago. We mentioned this to the front desk, but I don’t really think anyone cared. Really wish we hadn’t tipped so much on our first and only round of drinks

The facility in general was nice and a good area but the staff at the front desk was horrible . I waited in like to get my bags and I watched this guy take everyone before me who just randomly walked up to him: so after a while I went up and I’m like can I get my bags I been waiting where for 20 mins: he looks at my With a dirty look goes and gets my bag and throws them on the floor I call another employee and show him and he was in shock and apologized . I have never been so insulted in my life. The place is decent but the staff in the front desk are rude and entitled. You have to beg them to help you. I will be reporting him , his name was Rich or rick .

Excellent stay. 10/10 recommend. My room was nice, staff is super friendly, and great location. Two important things to mention: check in is at 4pm, but I got there at 3pm. They did my check in earlier and let me got to my room. Suuuuper appreciated! There is parking. $45/night without in and out privileges or $65 with valet. It is a 3 minute walk to the hotel. Very good option!
