"The staff was very nice, and was very helpful. However, the Bathroom in our room was not up to the quality that I would have hoped it would be for what I paid. In addition to that, although the vending machines where not the most important think. It kind of sucks that the only 1 out of the 7 vending machines worked and that the self-check out in the small convinces center that the hotel has does not take card. It can be frustrating. Also the wall were super thin."

"Nobody wants to use an iPad to control the tv. You have to stand in the shower to turn it on. Self check in feels like a self service restaurant yet it’s a premium price hotel. It’s just kiosks instead of someone handling it for me. The balcony was either closed or looked closed - not in use at all. Breakfast was not included and a premium for the same 4 things every morning. No iron in rooms - you have to walk down the hall to an “iron room” with poor lighting and an over the top iron...

"liked the location of the hotel, room was nice, the restaurant in the hotel adds to the convenience of the property. I did not like EXPEDIA adding extra charges to my bill tried to get them removed but I couldn't get on web site in order to do it. I did not order the insurance and was charged, next trip I will make sure I don't use Expedias web site."
