"The property was well kept and in a good location. My experience with a few different front desk staff was a little disappointing. They had little customer service skills when lines were long and no valet attendee working. They were short with customers and at time very rude. I called ahead to have my car pulled around and was told 10 minutes. I waited and proceeded to valet. After waiting an additional 15 minutes in line, we were told the valet was on break and they didn't know when he would...

"The walks are so terribly thin it’s insane; I was forced to listen to a conversation between a couple that wasn’t so great. The hotel maybe in the city “downtown” that’s the only draw in breakfast is sub-par, only a little pool (cold), had to buy 8 dollar water bottle, though the lady said she give it for free if I became a member. The couches in my room were stained (disgusting) as well as the chair was nearly low to the ground I couldn’t control the height…its was just an awful experience!...
