The place is brand new and clean, and feels much better than comparatively priced motel, however it needs to be mentioned that while one gets a private room with a bed, the room is inside the house with a total of three rooms, so the kitchen and the bathroom are shared with other guests. The kitchen has a big fridge, a stove, coffee and tea. On a night I stayed, there was one other person staying, but they arrived after me and left while I was still sleeping so...
