"The bedroom & bathroom were clean & tidy, with a good air con unit in the bedroom. Staff were friendly as well. The hotel is in a great location in Paihia. The only minor issue is a lack of room safe, and the shower in the bathroom could do with an upgrade - just wasn’t powerful enough"
