"It was a bit of a faff but one we’d figure it it smoothed out. We managed to check in with our QR code and the room was huge but the best view of the lake! It was very warm in the room and comfortable but the sofa bed was awful! We booked a 4 person room so we could get the view and that did not let us down!!!"

"Wir haben mal was Neues ausprobiert und waren absolut positiv überrascht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modernes Badezimmer und super bequeme Betten. Es gibt vor den Zimmern einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Kühlschrank etc. Die Bushaltestelle (für den Bus nach Ascona) ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Daher sind die 7Rooms super gelegen. "

"The location was good - 10 minutes walk from the station and convenient for local buses and close to the centre so local restaurants etc were close. The hotel provided a Ticino ticket for us to use for free travel on local buses and trains. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. We dined in the hotel on a couple of occasions and the food and service was good. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. "

"Continental breakfast was very good. Parking was a problem but Anna gave us a great upgrade for our challenges. It's in a great area, two minutes walking from the Embarcadero that has the ferries to Isola Bella and Isola Bella. Grand classical hotel. Great staff, nice bar, outdoor restaurant, etc"
