The chair by the desk was a flimsy wheeled chair, the kind you pick up for a couple of bucks because you know your kid is going to trash it anyway. "The hotel itself was nice, just as pictured & conveniently located, served its purpose. The room was nice a bit larger than expected & beautiful river view however to be a newer I was surprised that our initial room smelled like mildew/mold. The smell came from the bathroom which was right by the entrance so soon as you walk in it hit you. I believe due to the showers not having doors the water escapes into the flooring or somewhere. They graciously gave us another room which was better smell...

"Maintenance of door locks should be scheduled periodically. I stayed in room 406 and had to come down to front desk and get my key cards reprogrammed. I understand things happened so I didn’t think it would be a problem but the next day I went for breakfast and upon returning to my room key cards did not work. Went back down to front desk and asked the manager to check lock because the night before I had the same problem. He refused to come and check with me and reprogrammed the key cards. I...

"A nice enough hotel that is amazingly close to the airport and includes free airport shuttle. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Some of the items in the fitness center were not super well maintained, but that’s my only Minor complaint."

"It was a decent room, fairly clean. I wasn't expecting a 4 star experience from a budget hotel. There were a few things that could have been better though. The breakfast was nice, but to say that options were limited would be an understatement. The only real negative was average at best water pressure and temperature. The room was clean, but it looked like it could use a thorough deep clean. Furniture was well used but still functional."
