"Great breakfast choices, amazing staff and a beautiful view!
Downside:
-Despite paying over £250 for a night, the bed was in a bad condition. The right hand side was unbearable to sleep on!"

"For what I needed, a quick stopover, it did the job but there were a few things that could have been done to improve the stay! The room (# 400) had an overpowering smell of cigarette smoke when I entered and not being a smoker it was very off putting. I opened both the bedroom and bathroom windows, put the fan on and went out for an hour. When I came back the smell wasn't quite as bad but as a non-smoker, it was still a strong smell. The room itself was a little tired with broken cupboard draws....

"Stayed here over the bank holiday as a family of 4. The hotel itself is nice and the outside space is green and relaxing.
However, we were given a very hot top-floor room during 28°C weather, with no air conditioning and windows that barely opened. The fan provided did not help and none of us could sleep. This room really should not have been given to a family in such hot weather in the first place.
At 2am we had to ask for another room, which meant moving tired children in the middle of the...
