"We stayed here during CMA Fest and the location was excellent. It was convenient to downtown activities, and the property manager, Carol, was very responsive whenever we reached out with concerns. Unfortunately, several maintenance issues affected our stay. The washing machine was not usable, which required us to hand wash clothing during the week. "My friends and I loved this property! Comfortable king sized bed. Decent size for being a studio. The unit was extremely clean. Did not hear any noise from outside or neighbors. One callout was the unit did not have any windows, but it didn’t bother us too much. Perfect spot if you want to go out on Broadway. Amazing restaurants nearby. Would come back again!"

"We stayed in July when temps were 90 degrees. Upon entering the apartment we were hit with hot humid air. We assumed the cleaners had just left because the floors were wet from mopping. It was so humid in the apartment it took 2 hours for the floors to dry. We thought maybe they had just turned on the A/C and it would cool off soon enough. "The property was clean, well, equipped, and perfect for our needs. The fully functioning kitchen made meals much easier and helped us save on eating out. We also appreciated being away from the busier parts of Nashville. The only downside was its proximity to the freeway, with truck noise at night causing some disturbed sleep. "The owner was very easy to communicate with. The place was absolutely gorgeous and very clean when we arrived. It is in a gated complex which also made it feel safe. It did not look like any of the pictures though. Also our unit had an extra bedroom then we expected. "
