"The staff made the place, couldn’t do enough for us! Restaurant was 10/10. Rooms were so lovely, but didn’t have aircon. Having a toddler highlighted the bathroom floor and around the toilet needed a deep clean. Amazing stay though, will be back!"

"Friendly staff. Comfy beds. We had twin room only downside only had bath with handheld shower. There wasn't a curtain so had to sit in bath put shower over you which was difficult trying not to get water everywhere. Breakfast really good. I would stay here again."

"Lovely hotel, restaurant, bar, in an excellent location for shopping etc in Rye. Very good value for money. There is no free car parking but the pay & display/RINGO is immediately next door and less than a tenner a day. We can highly recommend this hotel."

"Perfect location & lovely team. Check-in plus the terrace bar were perfect - we used the terrace when we arrived and for an early morning coffee before breakfast, No room service or evening meals, but we’re didn’t need either. A huge range of eating options within 5-10 minutes walk. Apart from strolling around Rye, we also drove to Rye Harbour (free car park there) and walked to the Discovery Centre and the sea. Note that for the hotel car park you pay £10.00 per day and this needs to be done...

"Lovely Hotel at the top of Rye close to the church and the castle. Staff were friendly and helpful the breakfast was excellent with a large choice of items from continental and cooked food avaliiable plus hot drinks or juices.Our room was clean and comfortable perfect for our long weekend stay. I would highly recommend this Hotel."

"Good location with easy parking, Staff were very friendly and helpful. Though cooked breakfast was good, would have appreciated some fruit salad with breakfast rather than a fruit bowl. Beds were comfy and we had a river view (when it was there!)."
