"Modern hotel in a good safe location with mini market a few meters away and plenty of decent restaurants within a short walk. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Particular praise for Nilza on reception who was a great help organising taxis etc. No bar or restaurant on site though there is a coffee shop adjoining which offers breakfast & lunch every day except Monday."

"Very bad experience. The duvet was soaking wet and I complained, the person in charge said they iron it with steam and that’s to be like that. Drunk couple fighting on the corridor the whole night waking everybody up and knocking on doors at 5 o’clock in the morning. Overall cleanliness very bad. Breakfast doesn’t include coffee. A total nightmare!"

"The rooms are nice and well appointed. However parking is very difficult and inconvenient. Hot water and internet aren’t consistent. We were traveling with 4 kids and they couldn’t get the television to work. Breakfast was good. Room is a nice size. "
