"This hotel is badly in need of maintenance and perhaps new management. The stairway carpets looked as though they had not been cleaned for weeks and must have been over 10 years old. "When I booked my package the hotel in the picture showed a pool connected to my suite, I called hotel after and their was no pool connected. Hotel also had signs everywhere saying they had a gift shop they did not. The hotel (which was a suite!!!) did not have a microwave, bathtub or movie channels (called front desk and they said they did not have it). Their were no booklets where to go to eat, I called the kitchen one time could not get food because the burners were out. Food very expensive...

"The stay at the property started out on a bad note. The staff person at the check in counter was both rude and uninviting. No smile, no Hello welcome. If I was the manager of the property, I would have fired him on the spot."

"Property needs upgrading. Carpets in hallways and lobby are dirty. Furniture and cabinets were beat up and need replacing. I had to change my room due to a brown substance in the bathtub which looked like feces. The drawers on the dresser in my room would not stay in, because the floor in the room was so uneven that it caused the dresser to lean forward. Drawers kept coming open by themselves. The drawers are a hazard. Bottom line, my stay was not pleasant."
