"The room was comfortable but there was clearly someone smoking in a room nearby. The front desk said they checked for me, but could only offer us a bottle of febreeze for the smell. The breakfast was very limited. Hard to walk anywhere without having to cross a highway. I picked it for the outdoor pool. It was raining I couldn't use it (obviously not there fault) but there were significantly cheaper places around that would have been equal in amenities, other than the outdoor pool."

"Waited almost 15 minutes to check in because the front desk staff were not present. Also, the floor in the room as dirty because my white socks are black on the bottom. The sink drained super slow, lightbulb above the hot tub in the room was flickering bad and the room is overdue for a face lift. Wallpaper was bubbling in one of the corners as if there was a leak or something. Parking lot was full out back near our room."

"The hotel staff was friendly and polite, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was disappointing. The elevator was dirty and smelled strongly of urine, which gave a very poor first impression. I also didn't like that housekeeping only cleaned the rooms every other day instead of daily. On the second day, we needed clean towels, but none were left in our room. When we went to the front desk to ask for some, the employee told us they didn't have any clean towels...
