"quick checkin...room is standard...no toilet paper, no wash cloth provided, comforter cover had tears...food seeved at breakfast buffet wasn't for breakfast, more like leftover dinner from last night's seminar...half of the pool full of algae like pool guy just cleans half of it & neglects to clean the other half"

"The room was very clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a nice place to stay. However, the building is on a very busy road, and it's exceptionally loud and noisy with all of the traffic. The only other negative is the shower. While it did have hot water which is great, the shower would alternate from cold water, to warm, to scalding hot, and back to cold, about every two to three minutes, and then the water would stop flowing completely for a few minutes, but...

"Staff were pretty nice but unfortunately theres a few things that needs fixing, like the water pressure being too low, toilets is too close to the point where you don't have a room to move properly and on top of that its dusty, because I accidentally dropped something under the bed and i went to go look for it and it was very dirty , the only reason why i booked this same hotel because the previous one which is located in kalayaan which is pretty nice and i thought it would be thesame but i was...
