"Only stayed for one night. Booked a two queen bedroom, traveled with our four year-old. They were lovely enough to upgrade us to the deluxe. Overall, the room was perfect and as shown on pictures, the only complaint I have is the lighting in the room, not bright at all. No elevators and stairs are only on both ends so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs and our room happened to be in the very middle. Wasn’t a problem for us, but something to consider. We received a text at 2 pm indicating the restaurant, lounge/bar and room service would not be available for the remainder of the day. "Used to be one of my favorite hotels anywhere, the Sagebrush was such a disappointment, i won’t be back, the place has fallen into a bad state of disrepair, from rotting, titling boards which caused a fall on the staircase, sheets with bloodstains, (laundered, it looked like stains that just don’t come out). The menu is greatly reduced and the food was terrible. Again, I’m not just an old nag, and for $200+ night i guess I expect clean sheets, some semblance of safety on staircases and walkways....

Our room itself was fine, but top came off one small table and the shower was designed in such a way that we soaked the mat each time.
