Pool area and sun beds were difficult to get unless you were waiting for the pool to open at 9am and every bed was taken by 9.02. Just one negative after purchasing multiple drinks throughout the day I wanted to take a cup of ice back to the room to have a final drink on the balcony to be point blank refused with no negotiation. Hotel policy not to give anyone ice. Thought this was really poor to upset guests over something that’s costs very little"
