"We had a good time at this property. I think it was a little confusing that we were actually located in a condo separate from any main hotel building (studio Venus) and there wasn’t too much around us. But it was very walkable and there was enough support from the hotel staff to get what we needed if the room didn’t have it. We had a very nice and comfortable stay. "

"Beautiful appartement with amazing view on the Matterhorn. We were a family of 8 staying in the 4 bedrooms penthouse. We loved our stay there and the wellness spa area was a lovely way to recover after a day of hiking. The only comment we have is about the kitchen supplies. If you want to cook a meal for 8 persons, there is very limited kitchen supplies. No scissors, no cutting board, no cheese grater, only 2 small cooking pans. We made a cheese fondue and there were only 6 cheese fondue forks....

"Barbara was an amazing hostess and helped us with any questions or issues we had. She made some amazing recommendations for everything from restaurants to a good experienced guide for paragliding in the valley! "4 dagars skidresa. Hotellet är småtrevligt, bra frukost eftermiddags fika med kakor är väl ok. Rummen är små och badrummet pytte litet. Svårt att låsa dörren det fungerade dåligt 419! Va 7-10 min promenad till kabinbanan, du kan lämna skidorna o pjäxor precis intil. Tänk på att boka bord till middagarna. Sen incheckning och tidig utcheckning var ett minus "

"I had a great stay here and the view of the Matterhorn was breathtaking even from the 3rd floor. Everything was clean and updated. I would suggest to take a taxi from the train if you have heavy luggage. Overall I would stay here again "

"Phillip(manager) wasnt open to compromise. made reservation for the apt&tried to cancel. Philip has 30 day cancel policy& I canceled 29 days&18 hours.asked if we could cancel&be charged 1or2 night penalty. He wouldn’t discuss it&said it’s the rule.we ended up going. we are happy as we had a wonderful time in Zermatt. After we had unpacked we find out the oven is broken. "It's a bit of an up-hill trek to this hotel, but totally worth the effort. This historic property sits at the base of the Matterhorn, which we could see from our balcony. It was lovely. The property is very charming, but the staff at the desk was less so. And the beds were quite hard. However, I would still highly recommend this hotel."
