"My wife and I had a great stay at INNSiDE Barcelona. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Its location near Barcelona Airport is extremely convenient, and the complimentary shuttle service made our travel easy and stress-free. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh options. We highly recommend this hotel to couples and would happily stay here again."

"The employee with the tree tattoo on his head was horrendous. We were displaced by the strike at Westjet. We needed a place to sit for 6 hours until our room was ready. So we sat down to order the coffee. I had to order it twice ( after he snatched the menus away angrily)when he forgot even thought there were only five tables seated. I asked for menus once we felt hungry. He never returned to take our order so we left. He did the exact same thing to my husband the next day. He should be let go....

"Love it all: room is classically serene and clean. Nice toiletries, towels, shower temp and pressure is perfect. Bathroom is spacious with big shower, huge mirror and magnify-mirror, and bathrobe & slippers. Love the layered lighting and city view window with blackout drapes. All is well-thought-out. And the rooftop patio is chill, beautiful views with delicious drinks and small bites. Front desk staff: knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, and friendly. Lobby design is comfortable, quaint yet...
