"The hotel’s website stated that check-in was available at any time and that the reception desk was open 24 hours.
We arrived at around 2:00 a.m., but despite having a confirmed and fully paid reservation, the receptionist told us that there was no available room. They initially refused to refund our money and kept us waiting in the reception area until 6:00 a.m., when a room finally became available.
The room was then given to us after what appeared to be a very quick and superficial cleaning....

"The property was not worth the price we paid. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes and was very noisy. The towels were not clean, and the Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor.
The room with one bed did not have air conditioning, which was uncomfortable. There were also not enough hangers, and the room did not have a hairdryer or a shower-head holder.
Overall, the experience was very disappointing and did not meet the standard we expected for the price."
